I'm seeking a seasoned Excel programmer for comprehensive financial data analysis focusing on investment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough examination of investment data using Excel
- Identify trends, patterns and anomalies
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and programming
- Strong background in financial analysis
- Experience with data analysis and report generation
Experience Needed:
- Previous work analyzing investment performance
- Proven track record of providing actionable insights from data
- Experience automating repetitive tasks in Excel to enhance efficiency
- Create simple clean data input screen that connects three investment portfolios into this chart:
1. The client's current investments: mutual funds, stocks, ETF's
2. The baseline portfolio provided by the investment advisor, which may include: mutual funds, stocks, ETF's
3. Standard investment classes, as listed Below:
US Stocks - Large Cap
US Stocks - Mid Cap
US Stocks - Small Cap
Developed Non-US Stocks
Emerging Markets
Real Estate
Commodities
US Bonds
High Yield US Bonds
Foreign Bonds
Cash
- The output screen would be similar to the attached file. The data would need to measure expected return and volatility using an autoregressive model, over a three month time period. Thank you for your help with this little project. If I can get this one working, there may be additional projects.
