I'm seeking an expert who can source email addresses of real estate office asset managers across the UK and Europe (France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Nordics, Portugal, and some CEE countries such as Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria)
Requirements:
- The freelancer should be able to deliver a comprehensive list that includes only verified and active email addresses of real estate office asset managers (and other variations such as head of asset management, director of asset management etc...)
- Experience in data mining and lead generation, particularly within the real estate sector, will be highly appreciated.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection laws in Europe is crucial to ensure the project is compliant.
- The deliverable should be an excel document with the following columns: First name, Last name, company, job, country, City, email address)
