SUMMARY OF DELIVERABLES:
#1: Using the Excel Masterfile mine the data to develop five multi-dimensional KPIs that help us monitor
operational, analytical, and strategic performance. Your KPIs should convert the data into useful up-todate information.
#2: Design meaningful and useful graphics to be used to report the KPI information. Develop KPIs to
provide insights into financial information, consider our inventory positions, involve our international
suppliers, incorporate our quality performance, include inbound product flows from our suppliers,
outbound service to our customers, and show how we have performed in the past, where we presently
are, and project where we are going in the future.
