Deep neural networks -- 2

I am seeking an experienced expert to develop a deep neural network with an accuracy of above 95%. The primary purpose of this network is for predictive modeling. I have an idea of the type of data required but I haven't finalized the dataset yet and I am looking for the freelancer to assist in the selection and curation of the dataset. When complete, the deep neural network should be able to accurately predict outcomes and identify patterns from the supplied data. The provider should demonstrate expertise in deep learning and predictive modelling. The successful applicant should have significant experience working in neural networks and will provide insights on the technical aspects of the project.
