Database Optimization for 131 Million Database

I have 131 million business emails and LinkedIn profiles database but there is no company website and no zip code.

GOAL: Create a website column by simply taking the domain name from the emails addresses column. Example EMAIL ADDREES IS: AL @ SavingsSites.com
You would create the website URL : www.SavingsSites.com

EXCEPT when the business employee is using an email addresses:
(Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, MSN, OUTLOOK, Hotmail, Live, )
Just skip those and don't add www.GMAIL.com to the website URL column.


PART 2 of the project:
The database does not have zip codes but it does have the USA City Name and the USA State.
I will give you a csv file that is a database file of all USA ZIP CODES and it has the Name of the CITY and State.

Just use the first zip code. Some cities will only have 1 zip code so use that one.

You will search the City and State pairs and the first zip code can be used. Many cities will have more than one zip code.
So if you see:

CITY: Newark
State New Jersey (NJ)

There will be many zip codes in Newark, NJ you can use the first zip code. Note: Many zip codes in the North East have a leading zero that gets truncated when you open the csv file. So those leading zero zips need to be quoted.


PART 3
There are data rows with 2 phone numbers in a field. There is a comma after the first phone number. Just delete the second phone number and use the first


The project needs to be done on your server not ours as we do not have the resources to do this project

We do not mind if the winner of the bid uses the data to get new jobs. You are welcome to it,
We just need the project done as soon as possible.
