Database Architect for an AI-Powered Data Extraction & Analytics Solution

I'm looking for an experienced database architect to build an AI-based data extraction and analytics software. The primary objective of this software will be to pull and analyze text and audio data.
Key Requirements:
- Extract text and audio data. The web application needs to process and analyze sizable sums of text and audio data.
- Implement an analytical framework capable of sentiment analysis. Recognize emotions and sentiments within the given datasets.
- Incorporate Keyword extraction algorithms, identifying important terms to understand the gist and context of data.
- Build a component for speech recognition and audio-to-text functionality. Audio datasets should be transformed into text, facilitating wider analytics.
- Design a feature that identifies any PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and PCI data. Data protection and privacy considerations should be at the forefront.
- Enable the delivery of key topics and outcomes from the analyzed data. The system should highlight main themes and results for user interpretation.
The successful freelancer should have experience in next.js, Node, Python, MongoDB, and Google Cloud. Knowledge in Vector database would be advantageous.
