Data analysis program needed for processing mixed data (text and numbers). The program should be able to analyze and interpret the data in an efficient and accurate manner. Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience in working with mixed data sets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
The program should be able to perform the following tasks:
- Data cleaning and preprocessing
- Data visualization
- Statistical analysis
- Machine learning algorithms
The client has not specified a preferred programming language, so the freelancer may choose the language that they are most comfortable with. The program should be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The deadline for this project is not specified.
Program will allow a user to enter data into the fields such as Date, Country, League, (AF or HF), (Group Number of 10000, 20000, 30000, 40000, 50000, 60000, 70000, 80000 or 90000) (Pattern: A, BA, BB, C, XA, XB, XCU, XCD OR XX) (Factor of anything from LLL to MMM) (Factor of anything from UUUU to DDDD) Away team, Home team, away ML, home M, 2a, 2b, 2c, 3a, 3b, 3c, 4a, 4b, 4c, 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b, MLO, Total, 5ab, T-5ab, MLU.
The program will allow user to enter groups of requirements from easy to complicated 2a > 21.9, 2a - 04.7 > 3a etc to (See attachment Example Program Requirements) (there are 1,000's of possible patterns to sort through) then create a report sheet looking like the attachment labeled Print out example. The program would automatically print out one report for each and every set of requirements met with the file number listed at the top.
Can do this with Milestones, hourly rate or?
The program will be solely owned by me without any restrictions.
