The chapters are Data, pre-processing and exploration: Feature creation, Discretization, Variable transformation, Dealing with missing values, data visualization. Secondly, Other techniques for cluster detection: Chameleon, DBSCAN. Thirdly, Decision tree induction for classification and prediction: Decision trees and the decision tree induction approach, the ID3 algorithm and information gain measure. Lastly, Other techniques for classification: SVM, Neural Networks, Bayesian classifier, nearest neighbor.
