Data expert

I'm looking for an experienced data expert to help with a project. The primary focus is on data analysis, but data visualization, machine learning and data mining skills are also beneficial. I'm not sure if data mining expertise is required at this stage; however, I'm open to considering proposals incorporating data mining for this project. Unfortunately, I do not have any sample data sets available, so the expert must be able to gather their own data sets and present their findings.
