Data collection, analysis, and interpretation (a Design Science Research)

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a Design Science Research project that involves data collection, analysis, and interpretation. The data that needs to be collected is quantitative in nature, and I have a specific research question that I would like to answer. As for the preferred data analysis method, I would like to use inferential statistics.
