Data analysis

I'm looking for a data analysis expert to help me with analyzing my own dataset. Specifically, I need descriptive & predictive analysis, which will involve the freelancer using data mining techniques to sift through historical data to provide predictions for the future. These results should be presented in an interactive dashboard, which will allow me to easily navigate and interpret the data. Once completed, the data should be organized and explained so I can easily use it to make decisions.
