Data Science Project with R -- 3

I am looking for a professional in Data Science field. My project is divided in two tasks; the first task is about data scraping which requires a deep knowledge in the web. The second task is about Machine Learning where we use linear regression model, k-means algorithm, and text mining

This project also requires skills in data processing to clean data and data visualization to generate some graphs.
