I am looking for a freelancer, who is familiar with obtaining data through PACER or a free resource like PACER, which is the federal courts’ document management system in the USA. With access to that system:
1. Find 100 lawsuits that have been filed against businesses in PACER in the United States in the last 30 days. You may choose the southern District of New York, which will likely have more than an enough results.
2. Identify the defendants’ lawyers (The party being sued) in the case. If a lawyer has not entered an appearance for the defendant yet, then locate the lawyer who has represented that defendant in other cases in the past. If there are more than one, collect all of their names and email addresses.
3. Download the complaint/Lawsuit from PACER.
4. Run the lawsuit through our AI system and obtain the results.
5. Email the defendant’s lawyers notification of the lawsuit as well as our AI results.
Quote is to produce 100 of these. If successful, we will contract for more. We will provide the email account to send from and AI access to our platform.
