Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced data cleaning specialist to organize and clean CSV files exported from our CRM system, FreshChat. These files contain conversations between our agents (team members) and clients (students). The goal is to structure this data effectively for use in developing a machine learning bot.
Responsibilities:
Clean and organize approximately 100 CSV files exported from FreshChat.
Extract and clearly define questions and answers from conversation logs.
Structure the data in a machine learning-friendly format.
Collaborate with our team to understand specific data requirements for the ML bot.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data cleaning and organization, particularly with CSV files.
Understanding of machine learning data requirements.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably FreshChat.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication skills.
