I need an exceptional data modeller to create data models for a quality assessment system. The data model is used to do inspections of different types of organisations such as hospitals, hotels etc. Each organisation will have different structures/hierarchies, so the model is required to support any org type as well as capture their hierarchies for reporting. For example, some hospitals have ward > Hospitals > Sites > Geographical regions > Thrust. Inspections can be done at the level of the ward, hospital, entire site, geographical region etc. There is a question bank (another entity) that captures the questions asked.
The model will support querying up the hierarchies, for example, show me audit/inspection results for all wards in a given site, given region etc. There are other entities I will share with a definition of what they do.
The model must be flexible enough to support virtually any org hierarchy and report flexibly.
The requirement is for an expert data modeller to create an optimal/flexible model to support all these. In addition, an OLAP model for reporting on all these use cases, I will share and the queries to use.

Data model (OLTP and OLAP)
Front End to Test use cases on the data models
Intermittent and ongoing consultations, updates for a couple of months post initial delivery
