Creating a program to scrape and analyse data over time
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I am looking for a skilled programmer to create a program that can scrape and analyze data from a 4 websites over time.
Data Source:
- The data that needs to be scraped comes from a website. Four wholesaler websites with stock information.
Purpose:
- The purpose of the data scraping and analysis is for business intelligence purposes. The data will be used to help manage inventory and stock on hand.
Preferred Programming Language:
- There is no preference for the programming language to be used for this project.
- I have a very basic excel VBA that can be used as a rough guide.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in web scraping and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data manipulations.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
