CSV Dataset Transformation for OpenAI Cypher Query

I have a CSV dataset that needs to be transformed using RAG/GraphRAG methods suitable for OpenAI. The end goal is to receive a cypher query as a result.

- Primary Goal: Understandable answer extracted from dataset.
-And a cypher query which is used to display how the answer got generated
-The cypher query will be used for data visualization specifically as a graph.
- Data Visualization: The output should be a graph only.
- Graph Specifications: The only type of graph that I need is one that displays nodes and their relationships.

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in RAG/GraphRAG methods.
- Proficient in OpenAI.
- Strong understanding of graph-based data visualization.
- Experience in generating Cypher queries.
- Ability to interpret and visualize complex datasets as graphs.
