Build some prospect lists

I need to create email lists for potential exhibitors in a tradeshow I organize for early stage technology startup founders in the New York City area. I have some lists of companies and domains, but need to get email address foir specific titles at these companies. Not sure how to start this, but I have a few solid ideas.
