Build model for collecting and analzing data ( NLP expert only)

We have a project dedicated to collecting data from different sources and analyzing them (mainly the data about tourism, such as hotel reviews, ratings, and social media posts) . The model has to meet the minimum requirements that we mentioned ( detection rate , time complexity, model architecture complexity )
