Build an automated realtime dashboard to calculate contractor payments and automate invoice calculation for clients
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can build an automated realtime dashboard for our company. The dashboard will be used to calculate contractor payments and automate invoice calculations for our clients.
1. Payroll Calculation
Need to automate payroll calculation for each driver based on:
-WooDelivery outputs
-Delivery fee based on location (Some variances for each driver)
-Pick-up fees (unique to some drivers)
Need to have a real-time dashboard that drivers can individually access how much they’ve made in real-time based on the inputs from the Woo Delivery platform.
2. Need to automate invoice calculation for each pharmacy client. Need to take completed tasks from WooDelivery and create a calculation for the fees generated based on delivery location. Each pharmacy has a different fee structure for deliveries.
Ideally, these calculations would be able to auto generate a monthly invoice based on all of the inputs. Namely, Pharmacy Name; Delivery fee by location; and number of deliveries to a specific location.
Preferred Platform:
- The client has expressed a preference for using Excel as the platform for building the dashboard, but open to other ideas as well.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel and experience in building automated dashboards
- Experience with WooCommerce but specifically, WooDelivery Platform and Zapier
- Knowledge of contractor payment calculations and invoice automation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
- Ability to customize the dashboard to meet unique delivery fee requirements based on location (unique to each pharmacy)
