Bug Report Analyzing and Assigning to Expert Developers -- 2

The aim of this project is to develop a novel mechanism to analyze bug reports and categorize them as bugs, support questions and change requests, generate a report with issue details, and assign it to a specific developer automatically instead of the manual process.
