Your task will be to extract customer reviews, ratings, and the date of review for different apps from both App Store and Google Play. Following the extraction, you will also need to perform sentiment analysis on the gathered data.
Requirements:
- Retrieve customer reviews, ratings, and date of review for different Gen AI apps
- The data needs to be extracted from both App Store and Google Play
- Carry out sentiment analysis on the obtained data to assess usability
Deliverables:
- Clean, well-structured CSV files with the extracted data
- A report on sentiment analysis, displaying trends and deriving insights
- More analysis could be requested
