Hi all,
I have conducted qualitative research in relation to HR system management. 50 interviews were conducted and documented., Now, I am looking for a researcher with a minimum of a Master's degree level and expertise in qualitative research and using Nvivo. S/he will help to process the data in Nivivo and come with the below deliverable within a period of 2-3 weeks.
Dataset contains:
- 50 interview transcripts, pre-formatted for NVivo import
- Participant classification sheet with attributes
- 6 pre-defined thematic nodes mapped to 6 research objectives
- a draft pre-codes on each response to be validated and refined
Tasks:
Import transcripts and classifications into a new NVivo project
Validate, confirm, or revise pre-codes using interpretive judgment
Apply thematic codes across all 50 transcripts using a 6-node coding frame
Develop sub-themes (child nodes) within each primary theme
Run matrix coding queries cross-tabulating themes against participant attributes
Run word frequency queries per theme node
Write 6 analytical theme memos (900-1000 words each)
Write 2 supporting memos (negative cases and sentiment analysis) (1000–2000 words, academic prose)
Write 1 consolidated analytical summary report (2000-2500 words, academic prose)
Maintain a coding decision log documenting all deviations from pre-codes
NB : 2 reviews before the last deliverables
