Analysis dataset using ML

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me with my project on analysis datasets using ML. The purpose of the analysis is predictive modelling, and I want to use RandomForest, LSTM and Linear Regression as my preferred machine learning algorithm and Bagging for it. The dataset is small, with less than 2,000 records. And seeking to get results more than .94, measure the result by MAE, MAPE, RMSE and R2 (including visualization).

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of predictive modelling
- Experience in working with small datasets
- Proficiency in Python colab languages using the scikit-learn library
- Excellent data analysis and visualization skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate results effectively.
