data mining from the internet

I need to collect the contact information from every climbing gym and bouldering gym in the united states and canada. Specifically, I need the name, address, and phone number of the gym, and I need the name and email address of the person who does purchasing for their retail department. If this is not available on their website, then the names and emails of the other employees would be needed. I'd prefer this were organized into an excel spreadsheet so I can sort and use it.
