A quick one-time project to help us export and archive data from the Disciple platform. Tasks include handling a Postgres database export, organizing media files from AWS S3, and creating simple documentation so our data is preserved for future use.
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
- Export full Postgres database provided by Disciple
- Interpret database schema (Ruby on Rails conventions) and create a reference guide
- Archive all media assets (images, videos) from the AWS S3 bucket
- Convert/export key data into accessible formats (CSV, JSON, etc.)
- Provide a data handbook/documentation
- Ensure data privacy, integrity, and secure storage
