eCom Data Entry - Product Sheet Update & Shopify Image Upload (Shopify Partner Account Required)

We are Vugio, a growing B2B e-commerce enterprise. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) from the Philippines or Pakistan to assist with a structured product catalog upload project.
This initial project covers a batch of 50 technical audio/visual products, with significant potential for ongoing long-term work across our full brand portfolio (300+ Products). You will be responsible for executing a strict, mechanical step-by-step process to download product image folders, process them through an optimization tool, organize them in Google Drive, upload the files to the Shopify content library, and populate our Shopify Product Import CSV spreadsheet.
Core Responsibilities:
- Download vendor product image media kits via provided spreadsheet links.
- Batch-rename and organize files using Birme.net according to proper URL handles and naming convention.
- Maintain a strict nested folder hierarchy within Google Drive that will be provided before project initialization.
- Upload processed images into our Shopify files content library database using your own Shopify Partner Account via a provided collaborator code.
- Expand and populate rows in our Google Sheets Product Template, updating URLs, file structures, and image positions perfectly.
Requirements:
- Must possess an active Shopify Partner Account and understand how to request store access using a collaborator code.
- High proficiency in Google Sheets (specifically managing large text blocks, dragging handles, and pasting raw, non-formula values).
- Meticulous attention to detail - missing a digit, shifting a row, or ignoring sorting rules will break the store layout.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection - applicants will be required to submit a screenshot of a network speed test.
- Chosen applicants will be required to complete a timed data-entry session (approximately 5 photo uploads within 30 minutes) to ensure accuracy before starting the full project.
