Job Post: E-commerce Financial Systems Architect

We are looking for an experienced professional to help design and implement a complete financial tracking and profit analysis system for our marketplace business.

Key Responsibilities:
Map all financial touchpoints (charges & credits) across the order lifecycle
Develop a system to link supplier invoices with marketplace order IDs
Calculate net profit per unit accurately
Create a clear “Data Entry Guide” for non-technical staff
Design a clean, scalable data schema (single-line item structure)
Set up alerts for critical events (e.g., high return costs)
Train team members on the new system and processes

Ideal Candidate:
Experience in e-commerce operations / marketplace accounting
Strong skills in data structuring, Excel/Google Sheets, or databases
Ability to simplify complex workflows for non-technical users
Experience with profitability analysis and reporting systems
