Website Sales Records Entry

I have a backlog of sales records stored as PDF documents, and I need every transaction entered into my business website’s admin panel so that each sale appears under the correct customer profile. Accuracy is critical because these records drive our reporting and customer support.

You will open each PDF, extract the relevant fields (invoice number, date, customer name, purchased items, quantities, prices, totals, payment status) and type or copy-paste them into the site’s data-entry module. Where a customer profile already exists, link the sale to it; if it does not, create the profile first and then attach the sale.

You are free to use any helper tools (OCR, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Google Sheets) as long as the final data is complete and error-free on the website. I’ll provide:

• Secure access to the admin panel
• Sample PDFs and a brief field-mapping guide
• A short walkthrough video showing the input screens

Deliverable: all supplied PDFs accurately transcribed, organized by customer, and visible in the live reporting dashboard. I will verify by cross-checking random entries against their source PDFs, so a zero-error result is the acceptance criterion.

Turnaround expectations and batch size can be adjusted once you see the volume, but I would like to start immediately.
