Urgent Tally Data Entry

I need an experienced Tally specialist who can jump in immediately and clear a backlog of entries. The task is purely data entry, but it must be done with absolute accuracy because these figures feed straight into our financial reporting.

Scope of work
• Enter all pending Sales invoices, Purchase invoices, Journal entries, and my additional Payments & Receipts statements into Tally.
• Maintain existing ledger structure—no new ledgers unless I approve them first.
• Use the correct voucher types so GST / tax calculations generated by the software remain intact.

Timeline
Everything has to be completed ASAP. I will provide the source documents in PDF and Excel as soon as we start; you can expect prompt answers to any clarifying questions so the work keeps moving.

Deliverables
• Updated Tally company data file (backup).
• A brief reconciliation sheet confirming that totals for each category match the original documents.
• Short hand-over note outlining any issues spotted or corrections made.
