I need about 400 plain-text entries moved into an Excel sheet within the next 24 hours. The source file is already digital, so it’s a straightforward copy-and-paste task—no formulas, OCR, or fancy formatting. Each line simply drops into its own row beneath the single header I’ll provide. Accuracy matters: no skipped lines, extra spaces, or duplicates.
