University Program Data Entry Specialist

I have an educational website for university applications.
I want someone to manually handle data entry for nearly 3000 programs.
First, freelancer will know what universities we have so he can go to kcouk.org for (UK Program) or kuwaitculturedc.org for (USA Program) and make sure to only add approved programs and disciplines.
Second, Freelancer will find programs available in our partners portals, copy their information and paste it on our portal, and make sure all information are accurate. This has to be done one by one.
For UK Bachelor programs freelancer will add the bachelor program name then make sure to add the exact related foundation name in the section of “mapped program” when uploading each bachelor name.
Freelancer will not add any “direct entry” programs for UK, only foundation programs.
On the other hand, For USA bachelor programs the freelancer will only add direct entry programs
For UK & USA Master programs the freelancer will only add available direct entry programs for approved universities
when adding a new program on our portal the section of “mapped program” must be exactly same as our partners portal
