Transport Performance Reporting Automation
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need a compact Transport MIS in Excel that turns raw data into clear, timely performance insights. The workbook must pull together all our vehicle, route and driver records, streamline them into a single dataset, and then surface key KPIs through robust performance reporting.
Here’s what matters most to me:
• Automated report generation – weekly and monthly packs should refresh with one click or on a scheduled macro/Power Query.
• Customizable dashboards – ops and management must be able to filter by depot, date, route or driver without touching formulas.
• Data-rich visualizations – clean charts, graphs and KPI tiles that make on-time performance, utilization and fuel efficiency jump off the screen.
Deliverables
1. A master Excel file that automatically ingests and cleans vehicle, route and driver data.
2. Three dynamic dashboards: fleet overview, route efficiency, and driver scorecard.
3. One-click export of the dashboards to PDF.
4. Brief documentation (or recorded walk-through) of the workflow, formulas, and any VBA/Power Query steps.
Build it so non-technical staff can maintain it: transparent formulas, sensible named ranges, and clearly commented code. If you prefer using Power Pivot or a light layer of Power BI for visuals, that’s fine—just be sure the core deliverable remains an Excel solution.
Once you’ve reviewed the scope, let me know your timeline and any clarification you need so we can agree on milestones and get started.
