Transfer PDF Tables to Excel

Job ID: 40260510

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I have several PDF reports that contain numerous tables and the data behind a few embedded charts. I will supply the PDFs together with a short style guide that details column widths, header colours, number formats, and where subtotals or formulas belong. Your task is to key every table (and the figures that drive each chart) into a clean Excel workbook, applying the exact formatting I specify so the file is presentation-ready the moment it arrives back to me.

Accuracy is critical: values must match the source perfectly, text labels cannot be truncated, and any percentage or currency symbols must follow the formatting guide. If a table spans multiple PDF pages, it still needs to appear as one continuous table in Excel. Please flag any illegible figures so I can clarify them before final delivery.

Deliverables
• One .xlsx file: each original table on its own worksheet, formatted per the style guide
• An “Issues” sheet noting any ambiguous or unclear source data

Once the workbook passes a quick spot-check against the PDFs, the project will be considered complete.
