Transfer PDF Data to Excel
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need all content from a multi-page PDF—well over 50 pages—entered into a single Excel workbook. The source combines text and numeric fields, and I want the resulting spreadsheet to mirror the layout shown in the PDF examples I will supply.
You are free to lean on any workflow you prefer—Power Query, manual entry, OCR tools, or a mix—as long as cell positions, column headers, and data types stay consistent with the original. Accuracy comes first; every row must line up with its PDF counterpart, and numbers must remain numbers for easy calculations later.
Deliverable: one .xlsx file, cleanly formatted and ready for filtering and pivoting. I’ll share the PDF and a few annotated screenshots so you can double-check structure before you start.
