I have a collection of PDFs that hold plain-text records I need transferred into a structured format for direct import into my database. The task is straightforward: read each PDF, capture every text field exactly as it appears, and enter it into the spreadsheet template I’ll supply. Once the sheet is complete, a quick basic validation pass is required—check for obvious typos, missing fields, or mis-aligned columns so the file uploads without errors.
