I have a collection of text-based information that needs to be keyed directly into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet. Your task is simply to take the supplied text, enter it accurately, and keep every field consistent in spelling, punctuation, and capitalization.

I will provide the source files and a template that already contains the required column headings; you just fill in the rows, double-checking for missing or duplicated content before you hand it back.
