Here is how I see the job flowing:

• Manually enter every line of text from the printed pages into a spreadsheet, Google Sheet, or Word file we agree on, keeping original wording and paragraph breaks intact.
• Create a clear file-naming convention and folder structure so I can locate any document in seconds.
• Double-check your own work for typos, missing lines, or duplicated entries before returning the files.

Deliverables
1. Completed data file containing all captured text in the format we select (CSV, XLSX, or DOCX).
2. A brief log that flags any illegible sections or uncertainties you encountered.

Acceptance criteria
- At least 99 percent transcription accuracy, verified by random sampling.
- All source pages processed by the deadline we confirm together.
