Text Data Entry & Cleaning

I have a collection of text-only records that need to be transferred into spreadsheets, checked for obvious errors, and tidied up inside Excel. Most of the work is straightforward copy-and-paste, followed by light text cleaning—think trimming extra spaces, fixing inconsistent capitalization, and removing duplicate lines—using familiar Excel functions.

You may choose to stage the work in Google Sheets if that’s easier for collaboration, but final delivery should be a single, well-organized Excel file. I’m not tied to a strict deadline, so you can pace the job around other commitments as long as accuracy stays high.

Deliverables:
• Completed Excel workbook with all text records entered
• Basic cleaning applied (no blank rows, consistent case, duplicates removed)
• A brief change log or comments sheet noting anything unusual you found
