Telfair Address Excel Compilation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a clearly marked map of the Telfair community in Sugar Land, TX and a Fort Bend CAD link that lists every parcel in that area. I need every residential record in that boundary transferred into a single Excel workbook. I only need residential addresses NOT commercial or retail properties.

ALL Telfair Sections - it says it in blue. Click the red numbers and you will get the address and scroll a bit to find the owner name.
For every property you find on the CAD site, copy the information exactly as shown and enter it in three separate columns:
• Street address
• Resident/Owner name
• Property type
No phone numbers or emails are required—just those three data points. Please work through the CAD search manually so nothing is missed, and double-check for duplicates before you hand the file back.
I’ll share the map and the CAD URL as soon as we start; once you’re done, send the completed Excel file and I’ll spot-check a few addresses against the site. If everything lines up, we’re finished.
