Student Data PDF-to-Excel Entry
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a collection of student PDFs that need to be converted into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. Each file includes three key sections: personal information (name, contact details, date of birth, gender), course enrollment details, and academic records focused on exam scores and attendance.
Your task is to lift every data point from the PDFs and place it into the appropriate columns I have already laid out in Excel, preserving spelling, number formats, and any course codes exactly as shown in the source. Accuracy is critical because the sheet feeds our internal reporting dashboards.
Deliverables
• One Excel file populated with:
– Personal info columns: Name, Phone/Email, DOB, Gender
– Course enrollment columns: Programme, Course Code, Section/Semester
– Academic record columns: Individual exam scores, overall score where provided, attendance percentage for each course
• A brief completion log noting any unreadable fields or discrepancies you encountered.
I will spot-check the first batch, so please start with ten sample students, return the file, and wait for my green light before continuing with the rest. Familiarity with Excel data validation and basic formatting (freeze panes, filters) will help the sheet stay tidy.
If you can begin right away and keep communication clear, let’s get started.
