Square Menu Data Cleanup
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
My Square dashboard needs a tidy-up of every food and beverage listing. Currently over 1000 products. All current main courses, side dishes and drinks must be reviewed: obsolete items go, anything still offered stays. While doing that, I also want the categories re-worked so reports clearly separate bar sales from other drink revenue and all food lines remain grouped in the right sections.
The job is finished when:
• All outdated items are removed.
• Remaining dishes and beverages sit inside logical, non-overlapping categories that let Square analytics show bar vs. kitchen numbers at a glance.
• Item names, descriptions and tax settings stay intact for anything we continue to sell.
Please be comfortable working directly in Square’s Item Library and Category tools; no exports or third-party apps are required. A quick screen share at the end to confirm the new structure will wrap things up.
