Here’s what each row must contain—no blanks, no duplicates:
• Freelancer’s hourly rate as displayed on their public profile
• Mobile number, email address, and home-base city (spell the city exactly as listed)
• Total years of hands-on experience in the stated track(s)
• Formal certifications copied verbatim (e.g., “CompTIA A+”, “CCNA”, “Microsoft MCSA”, “VMware VCP”)
Coverage needs to span North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, South America, and the Middle East so that every continent is represented. Feel free to pull from any reputable freelance marketplace or public talent board as long as the profiles are current and clearly show the three support disciplines.
Deliver the finished file in .xlsx format with built-in filters already applied to:
• Region (continent)
• Support type (Desktop L1/L2, Networking, Data Center)
• Certification
