Southwest FL Plumbing Pricebook
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a clear, easy-to-update price book that covers every plumbing service we offer in Southwest Florida. The final version must be delivered as a digital file—either a well-structured Excel workbook or a polished, print-ready PDF.
Scope
• Organize all content by type of service (e.g., water heater installation, drain cleaning, repiping).
• For each service, list a concise description, the labor price I charge, and a separate line for typical material costs.
• Build in space for future add-ons or regional surcharges that may be unique to our area.
What I’ll provide
• A preliminary list of common services and rough price ranges.
• Brand guidelines (logo, colors) for table styling if we opt for a PDF layout.
What I expect back
• A clean master sheet with filters and formulas in Excel (or an equivalent PDF formatted for quick reference).
• Logical headings, page breaks, and an at-a-glance index so a technician can find a service fast while on-site.
• A brief hand-off note explaining any formulas or lookup tables you set up.
If you have experience building trade price books or catalogs, especially for home-service businesses, let me know and include a sample. Accuracy and ease of use matter more to me than flashy design, but good visual hierarchy is still a plus.
