On-Site Personal Data Digitization

I need an experienced data entry professional to work inside our office and convert more than 2,000 hard-copy client files into a clean, well-structured Excel spreadsheet. These files contain personal information, so strict confidentiality is essential; I can provide an NDA on your first day.

Here is how the assignment will run:
• Arrive on-site, review the filing layout, and propose a simple Excel column structure that mirrors the paper forms.
• Methodically key in every field, double-checking spellings and numeric accuracy before moving on to the next record.
• Hand back the completed workbook and any progress backups to me at the end of each day so we always have a secure copy.

Acceptance criteria
• All fields present in the originals are captured in the agreed spreadsheet structure.
• Error rate below 0.5 % (spot-checked).
• No client files leave the premises in any form.

Bring your own laptop and preferred data entry tools; I'll handle workspace, power, and form access. If you have questions about the record layout or need extra support for quality checks, I’m on hand throughout the project.
