Simple note on Data Loss Prevention using SPLUNK

Write a simple note/short document in word with a description on DATA LOSS PREVENTION service using/linked to SPLUNK.
It should be the starting point to design and create a new service/project for this purpose (To be done in the future following any new customer requirement).
This document will be used as an initial step trying to sell the DLP service implementation, where the selected freelancer could participate within the full solution design phase. So, it is also requested to provide a budget for the following phase, the full service architecture design to be sold to any new customer (this can be provided as a simple message at the end).
Mandatory clause: At least the first project MUST be paid via Frelancer. The ideal freelancer will be the one willing to work in the following phases of this (with new budget per every customer). So, a trustworthy relationship must be stablished.
