I have a batch of scanned forms that must be transcribed into a structured Excel workbook. The job is straightforward data entry—no formulas, pivots, or analysis—just accurate typing of every field exactly as it appears on the scans.
What I will supply
• Clear PDF scans of each form
• A pre-formatted Excel template with the correct columns already labeled
What I need back
• The completed workbook with every record entered, double-checked for spelling and numerical accuracy
• Daily updates so I can spot-check progress and answer any questions while you work
Key requirements
• High attention to detail (I’m aiming for 99 %+ accuracy)
• Ability to read occasional handwritten entries in the scans
• Respect for data confidentiality—these forms contain personal information
• Reliable turnaround; once you accept, please commit to the agreed schedule
