SampleManager LIMS Configuration Specialist
Budget: $30 – $60 USD
I’m running Thermo Fisher’s commercial off-the-shelf SampleManager LIMS and now need services to help configure for our biotechnical and healthcare laboratory.
My priorities are:
• Sample Tracking – tailor the receipt-to-disposal flow, including aliquoting, chain-of-custody, and biobanking, steps.
• Data Management – refine objects, calculations, and reporting views so results are audit-ready.
• Workflow Automation – build rules that route records automatically, launch alerts, and generate review tasks.
• Inventory – set up reagent and consumable tracking that ties neatly into methods and batches.
• Instrument management - set up alerts for calibration, maintenance, user certifications for laboratory instruments and management of associated documents.
We will need all configuration documented, concise change logs, and regular remote session for guidance and updates on progress. Regular availability in the United Arab Emirates workday (8AM-6PM) will be required.
