Salesforce Essentials Admin Support
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Our Salesforce Essentials org (five users) needs hands-on administration across three areas: data management, user setup & permissions, and clear, decision-ready reports and dashboards.
Scope of work
• Data management – Clean existing records, import small CSV batches when needed, and put simple validation rules or deduplication steps in place so new data stays accurate.
• User setup & permissions – Create or adjust user profiles, roles, and permission sets so each team member sees only what they should and can act without friction.
• Reports & dashboards – Build or refine Lightning reports and dashboards that surface key metrics for sales and customer support; results must load quickly and be easy for non-technical staff to tweak.
Acceptance criteria
• No duplicate accounts or contacts remain after the first data pass.
• Every user can log in with the correct access level, confirmed in a brief screen-share.
• At least three core dashboards display real-time figures the team can filter themselves.
• A concise hand-off doc outlines what was changed and how to keep it tidy.
Everything is managed within Salesforce Essentials; if you prefer tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard, that’s fine as long as final work lives inside the org.
