Sales Prospect List Creation
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I need a clean, well-structured prospect list to fuel an upcoming sales-outreach push. Everything will live in a single Excel workbook so my team can slice, filter, and import the data as needed.
Each row should give us the prospect’s full name plus reliable, up-to-date contact details (email and direct phone preferred). Companies, job titles, industry, or size are helpful but not mandatory right now; accuracy of the core contact fields takes priority.
Deliverables
• Excel (.xlsx) file with individual columns for First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Company (if available), and Source/Notes
• All emails verified and phone numbers formatted consistently
• No duplicates—each contact checked against the sheet before delivery
I’ll review a small sample first to be sure the data quality matches what I need, then we’ll move to the full list. If this run goes smoothly, I may ask you to port future batches directly into our CRM as a follow-up project.
